A shareholder who practices in the firm’s Conway office, Catherine Dingle’s experience in business and real estate law includes commercial and residential real estate, probate administration, estate planning, and corporate work.
For over 15 years, Dingle has represented purchasers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial transactions. She also assists developers and realtors in starting new subdivisions and horizontal property regimes (condominium projects). Her clients seek her counsel on a broad base of business issues, including the formation of development companies, property owners associations and the drafting of restrictive covenants and master deeds.
Dingle is a member of the Horry County Bar Association, South Carolina Bar and the American Bar Association. She participates in the Real Estate Law Section of both the South Carolina Bar and the American Bar Association.
Dingle graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s of arts in English from the College of Charleston in 1993. She earned her juris doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1997. While in law school, Dingle was a member of both the Order of the Coif and the Order of Wig and Robe. She joined Thompson and Henry in 1997.
